MtaaniWeb should be useful and trustworthy. These guidelines apply to business listings, events, images, descriptions, campaigns and anything else published on the Platform.
What we remove or reject
- Fraudulent businesses or deceptive claims
- Impersonation of a person, business or organisation
- Misleading promotions, fake events or fake reviews
- Illegal activity or prohibited content
- Explicit sexual content or services
- Hateful, abusive or threatening content
- Spam, duplicate listings and manipulation of views, saves or trending
- Stolen or copyright-infringing media
- Malicious or misleading links
Standards for listings and events
- Use the real business or event name, and accurate hours, location and contact details
- Use photos you have the right to use that show the actual place or event
- Describe what is really offered, and keep it current
Extra review
High-risk categories and claims receive extra review before publication. Repeated violations may lead to a listing being suspended or removed.
Reporting a problem
Anyone can report incorrect information, a closed or relocated business, wrong contact details, a cancelled event or inappropriate content using Report an issue on a business or event page. We review, report and follow them through to resolution. For anything else, use the Contact page.
Decisions and appeals
If your listing or event has been removed or changed and you think this was a mistake, contact us with the details and we will review it.
